The number of people leaving SA for a better life is increasing, my ex-boss is now in the UK, these are talents leaving the country. One way or the other the impact is being felt.

why would they be bothered with the 3% increase on a man earning 5/10 thousand rand per month?

They have bigger plans to loot more than be bothered about the low income earners that voted them to office.
