Hola querida comunidad de Leofinance, en esta oportunidad aparto mi tiempo para presentar mi plan de crecimiento financiero para el 2021, donde presentaré una serie de objetivos a alcanzar dentro del año en curso.

Esta es una iniciativa además de atractiva verdaderamente saludable desde el punto de vista financiero, debemos tener en cuenta que nuestras finanzas son una parte esencial de nuestra vida moderna, en ese sentido debemos planificar muy bien lo que podamos hacer con nuestro dinero, como gastarlo y como invertirlo. Una de las recomendaciones en el mundo financiero es una que nos da Robert Kiyosaki en su libro padre rico y padre pobre, en la que nos aconseja llegar a un punto en nuestras vidas en donde el dinero trabaje para nosotros y no nosotros trabajar para obtener dinero, un consejo muy fácil de decirlo pero muy complejo en su aplicación y desarrollo.

¿Cuál va a ser la estrategia de inversión?

A comienzos de 2021 puedo decir que poseo 2 fuentes de ingresos, tengo un negocio en mi país Venezuela y además conocí a hive el año pasado, a pesar de que no veo a hive como un trabajo es una fuente de ingresos en el mundo de la blockchain que no puedo ignorar, debido a su enorme potencial y los ingresos que me han generado hasta ahora que a pesar de que no es una gran cantidad manejados adecuadamente a futuro pueden ser bastante beneficiosos.

Tengo que mencionar que he decidido publicar mi plan algo de manera sencilla y bastante práctica.

Estrategias

Control de Gastos

El plan estratégico estará estructurado según los gastos que he tenido en el 2020, tratando en lo posible en gastar mensualmente lo que en el 2020 se ha estado gastando en el mismo periodo en USD, teniendo en cuenta de que si suben los ingresos los gastos no deberían sufrir un cambio o aumentar, así la diferencia puede fácilmente convertirse en inversión.

Fondos de Reserva Estratégica e Inversión

Reserva:

Todo inversor o administrador debe planificar un plan de reservas, este tipo de fondo podría cubrir los gastos de alguna emergencia o alguna eventualidad a lo largo del año, en mi opinión es un fondo que incluso se puede ver como un ahorro a largo plazo, es por esa razón que decido abrir un fondo de reserva de la siguiente manera.

Moneda a Elegir: mi Token a elegir para convertirla en mi reserva es el Leo, pienso que es la más idónea para esta tarea, teniendo en cuenta que se ha fortalecido a lo largo del tiempo de forma constante, desde que llegue a Hive he podido ser testigo de la confianza que genera el Leo, teniendo en cuenta que en Hive Power también existe un ahorro y una reserva importante, sin embargo las recompensas liquidas serán transformadas en Leo.

Inversión:

También es necesario crear un fondo de inversión dentro de la Blockchain, este podré crearlo con las recompensas obtenidas como creador de contenido una vez llegue a una meta segura de reserva en Leo. Este fondo de inversión puede servir para invertir en Dapp dentro de la blokchain, realizar trading en algún Exchange como Binance o incluso invertir en iniciativas y concursos dentro de Hive.

Pienso crear y expandir mi fondo de reserva de la siguiente manera:

Paso 1: utilizar la totalidad de las recompensas como autor para llegar a la suma de 250 Leos.

Paso 2: Una vez creado el fondo principal de reserva las recompensas liquidas en los siguientes reglones:

a) 40% Fondo de Inversión b) 30% Fondo de Reserva c) 30% Gastos (los momentos que no sea necesario el retiro de recompensa para gastos será utilizado en el fondo de inversión )

Al pasar el tiempo y con una buena suma en el fondo de reserva el porcentaje cambiaría aumentando gradualmente el porcentaje del fondo de inversión y tal vez el de gasto si es necesario y si dentro del plan financiero es factible. Compras Inteligentes

Debido a que los Token y las Criptomonedas fluctúan en cuanto al precio, debo elegir el mejor momento de comprar tanto los leos como las otras token que puedo utilizar como inversión, debo ser capaz de moverme según el mercado para obtener mejores resultados en cuanto a la inversión.

Inversiones

Espero mantener este esquema por todo el año, reinvirtiendo las ganancias de las inversiones para generar una ganancia sostenida, para obtener el cálculo de las reinversiones utilizaré la fórmula de interés compuesto.

Una de las inversiones más atractivas desde mi punto de vista es dCity, pienso que tiene un retorno de inversión bastante interesante y de manera pasiva, es decir no tenemos que hacer mucho para que nuestra ciudad genere ganancias diarias, una clara ventaja si utilizamos esa reinversión diariamente.

En este momento tengo una inversión en dCITY, sin embargo, me interesa aumentar mi inversión en esta Dapp, mi ciudad tiene un valor estimado de mercado de 164.000 SIM, aunque este valor estimado de mercado me parece subjetivo. Mi cálculo es basado en la ganancia diaria que las cartas pueden entregar al comprarlas, así como los días en que se recupera la inversión, mi objetivo es llegar a una buena suma diaria en SIMS y sobre todo hacer crecer la ciudad para obtener la recompensa diaria en HIVE.

Puedo intentar nuevas inversiones en otras Dapp como Splinterlands, sin embargo, pronto quiero intentar patrocinar algunas iniciativas, eso me gusta y realmente lo veo como una inversión debido a que Hive es una red social y esto ayuda realmente al crecimiento, además de ser sumamente divertido, todo esto dependerá de este fondo de inversión del cual hable líneas atrás.

En Caso de Ganar Algún Premio

En caso de obtener una recompensa importante en este artículo así como uno de los premios, mi plan de inversión sería de la siguiente manera.

a) Fondo de Reserva 25% b) Fondo de Inversión 25%

Crearía inmediatamente un fondo con el 50% del premio para patrocinar nuevas iniciativas, retos o concursos dentro de hive y en leofinance, estimulando a los creadores de contenido a desarrollar sus ideas, tanto en finanzas como en otros rubros en el cual se destaquen, en ese caso buscaría un proyecto de curación para hacerle una propuesta formal para el patrocinio en caso de no hacerlo por mi cuenta.

Pienso a largo plazo y esta estrategia de iniciativas es importante dentro de esta red social, que a largo plazo se podría traducir en beneficios, además, me parece una experiencia muy agradable.

Negocio Fuera de Hive

En este momento tengo un negocio en Venezuela, el cual es un pilar fundamental para organizar mi plan de crecimiento económico 2021 debido a que es mi fuente principal de ingresos, al ser padre de familia es algo bastante importante para todo el año.

Invertir en ventas: Planeo realizar inversiones en cuanto a marketig y vendedores para lograr la rotación de inventario adecuada.

Mejoramiento de Tienda Virtual: actualmente manejo una extensión de este negocio de manera virtual en las redes sociales, espero mejorar ampliamente el desarrollo de esta tienda, en cuanto a la presencia en redes sociales.

Expansión: Espero a través de alianzas estratégicas expandir las ventas a territorios dentro del país donde aún no he podido llegar, para esto debo invertir en viajes y estadía para lograr esas alianzas.

Nuevo Proyecto: Este 2021 es un año de diversificación en cuanto a las finanzas, en cuanto a mi plan fuera de hive, mi esposa y yo abriremos una tienda virtual de maquillaje, mi esposa es maquillista y puede realizar muy buenos trabajos y conoce a la perfección los productos y cuales son la mejor elección para sus clientes según su tipo de piel, algo realmente increíble en el cual quisiera colocar parte de mis inversiones este año.

Todo lo que está dentro de mis planes a de inversión y objetivos estratégicos son de vital importancia para invertir en hive, incluso si hay un excedente en cuanto ingresos dentro mi negocio fuera de hive estaría totalmente dispuesto a comprar Hives o Leos dependiendo de la cotización para ese momento.

¿Tienes algún activo específico en el que quieras invertir?

En este momento la verdad tengo algunos activos en el cuales quiero invertir, así como lo he mencionado anteriormente me parece muy interesante invertir en la token de Leo y en la expiación de la ciudad de dCITY, estos son verdaderos activos que aunque son intangibles estoy convencido de que generaran bastante beneficios a futuro.

¿Inversión preferente? ¿Crypto, bienes raíces, materias primas, acciones?

Para ser sincero no conocía mucho de inversiones e Crypto antes de llegar a hive y eso me ha cautivado, por ahora preferiría realizar inversiones en ese rubro. Los bienes raíces es un excelente negocio sin embargo es necesario el apalancamiento correcto y la ayuda de los bancos, debido a la contracción de la banca en mi país resultaría bastante difícil desde mi punto de vista como inversor joven.

Este año quiero invertir fuertemente en Crypto, sin embargo, para el 2022 podría ampliar el portafolio de inversión en cuanto a acciones, pero aun siento que todavía no es el momento y prefiero seguir con este plan basado enCrypto.

¿Tiene un plan o un conjunto de objetivos sobre cómo usar y aumentar su participación?

Sí, quiero aumentar significativamente mi participación, para eso debo planificar de una manera realmente eficiente mi tiempo, para lograr participar activamente en Hive y realizar todo el trabajo correspondiente a mi negocio, además, de dedicarle tiempo a mi familia y por su puesto hacer ejercicios.

Quiero abrir un fondo para las iniciativas y concursos también buscando colaboración creativa con otros hivers que me podrían ayudar a la organización y ejecución de las ideas, así como lo escribí líneas atrás esta es una red social así que es necesario invertir en este punto adecuadamente.

También me gustaría desarrollar planes de marketing e iniciativas para mostrar más a hive tanto a los creadores de contenido como a inversores. Un buen comienzo es mi región, donde se puede comprar hive o leos al menos en forma de ahorro, esto ayudaría a los ahorradores para mantener sus activos de una manera efectiva y combatiendo la hiperinflación que sufre la moneda local, el Bolívar.

Predicción

Tal vez en este momento no pueda realizar una predicción basada en argumentos teóricos o técnicos, sin embargo, pienso que la cotización tanto del Hive como la del Leo van a tener una vertiginosa subida este año, si lo vemos desde el punto de vista lógico la subida del BTC que es la Crypto referencia también otras monedas como el Hive subirán de precio, pienso que con esta fiebre del BTC alcanzará a Hive esto se traducirá en inversores con grandes sumas de dinero apostando a esta plataforma, expandiéndola considerablemente. Así mismo el leo, pienso que muchas personas adoptaran estas Crypto como monedas de ahorro e inversión aun sin publicar contenido, esto debido a la confianza y al crecimiento sostenido que tendrán en el 2021.

En conclusión este es básicamente mi plan para desarrollar económicamente este 2021, creo que pude nombrar algunos objetivos y metas, sin embargo falta trabajo de planificación en cada uno de esos aspectos, espero seguir trabajando en eso en los próximos días para enfrentar este 2021, el cual será un año de difersificacion económica tanto para mí como para muchas personas en todo el mundo debido a la nueva normalidad causada por el COVID-19.

Hello dear Leofinance community, in this opportunity I take my time to present my financial growth plan for 2021, where I will present a series of goals to be achieved within the current year.

This is an initiative that is not only attractive but also truly healthy from a financial point of view, we must keep in mind that our finances are an essential part of our modern life, in that sense we must plan very well what we can do with our money, how to spend it and how to invest it. One of the recommendations in the financial world is one that Robert Kiyosaki gives us in his book Rich Dad and Poor Dad, in which he advises us to reach a point in our lives where money works for us and we do not work to obtain money, an advice very easy to say but very complex in its application and development.

What will be the investment strategy?

At the beginning of 2021 I can say that I have 2 sources of income, I have a business in my country Venezuela and I also met hive last year, even though I do not see hive as a job is a source of income in the blockchain world that I cannot ignore, due to its enormous potential and the income that I have generated so far that even though it is not a large amount properly managed in the future can be quite beneficial.

I have to mention that I have decided to publish my plan somewhat simply and quite practically.

Strategies

Cost Control

The strategic plan will be structured according to the expenses that I have had in 2020, trying as much as possible to spend monthly what in 2020 has been spent in the same period in USD, taking into account that if the income increases the expenses should not suffer a change or increase, so the difference can easily be converted into investment.

Reserve:

Every investor or administrator must plan a reserve plan, this type of fund could cover the expenses of some emergency or some eventuality throughout the year, in my opinion it is a fund that can even be seen as a long term saving, it is for that reason that I decide to open a reserve fund in the following way.

Currency to choose: my token to choose to convert it into my reserve is the Leo, I think it is the most suitable for this task, taking into account that it has been strengthened over time constantly, since I arrived at Hive I have been able to witness the confidence that generates the Leo, taking into account that in Hive Power there is also a savings and an important reserve, however the liquid rewards will be transformed into Leo.

Investment:

It is also necessary to create an investment fund within the Blockchain, this I will be able to create with the rewards obtained as a content creator once I reach a safe reserve goal in Leo. This investment fund can be used to invest in Dapp within the blokchain, trade in some Exchange like Binance or even invest in initiatives and contests within Hive.

I plan to create and expand my reserve fund in the following way:

Step 1: use the full rewards as an author to reach the sum of 250 Leos.

Step 2: Once the main reserve fund is created, the rewards are settled in the following rules:

a) 40% Investment Fund b) 30% Reserve Fund c) 30% Expenses (the moments when it is not necessary to withdraw the reward for expenses will be used in the investment fund)

Over time and with a good sum in the reserve fund the percentage would change gradually increasing the percentage of the investment fund and perhaps the expenditure if necessary and if within the financial plan it is feasible. Smart Shopping

Because tokens and crypto currencies fluctuate in price, I must choose the best time to buy both leos and other tokens that I can use as an investment, I must be able to move with the market to get better results in terms of investment

Investments

I expect to maintain this scheme throughout the year, reinvesting the investment earnings to generate a sustained profit, to obtain the calculation of the reinvestments I will use the compound interest formula.

One of the most attractive investments from my point of view is dCity, I think it has a quite interesting return on investment and in a passive way, that is, we don't have to do much for our city to generate daily profits, a clear advantage if we use that reinvestment daily.

At this moment I have an investment in dCity, however, I am interested in increasing my investment in this Dapp, my city has an estimated market value of 164,000 SIM, although this estimated market value seems to me subjective. My calculation is based on the daily gain that the cards can deliver when purchased, as well as the days when the investment is recovered. My goal is to reach a good daily sum in SIMS and above all to grow the city to obtain the daily reward in HIVE.

I can try new investments in other Dapps like Splinterlands, however, soon I want to try to sponsor some initiatives, I like that and I really see it as an investment because Hive is a social network and this really helps the growth, besides being extremely fun, all this will depend on this investment fund of which I spoke about backwards.

In case of winning any award

In the event of obtaining a significant reward in this article as well as one of the prizes, my investment plan would be as follows.

a) 25% Reserve Fund. b) 25% Investment Fund.

I would immediately create a fund with 50% of the prize to sponsor new initiatives, challenges or contests within hive and leofinance, stimulating content creators to develop their ideas, both in finance and in other areas in which they stand out, in that case I would look for a healing project to make a formal proposal for sponsorship in case I did not do it on my own.

I think in the long term and this strategy of initiatives is important within this social network, which in the long term could be translated into benefits, moreover, I find it a very pleasant experience.

Business Outside Hive

At this moment I have a business in Venezuela, which is a fundamental pillar to organize my 2021 economic growth plan because it is my main source of income, being a father is something quite important for the whole year.

Investing in sales: I plan to make investments in marketing and sales to achieve an adequate inventory rotation.

Improvement of the Virtual Store: Currently I manage an extension of this business in a virtual way in the social networks, I hope to improve widely the development of this store, in terms of the presence in social networks.

Expansion: I hope through strategic alliances to expand sales to territories within the country where I have not yet been able to reach, for this I must invest in travel and stay to achieve these alliances.

New Project: This 2021 is a year of diversification in terms of finances, as for my plan outside of hive, my wife and I will open a virtual store of makeup, my wife is a makeup artist and can do very good work and knows perfectly the products and which are the best choice for their customers according to their skin type, something really incredible in which I would like to put part of my investments this year.

Everything that is within my investment plans and strategic objectives are of vital importance to invest in hive, even if there is a surplus in terms of income within my business outside hive would be totally willing to buy Hives or Leos depending on the quote for that time.

Do you have any specific assets you want to invest in?

At this moment I actually have some assets that I want to invest in, as I mentioned before I find it very interesting to invest in the Leo token and the dCITY atonement, these are real assets that even though they are intangible I am convinced that they will generate quite a lot of profits in the future.

Preferred investment? Crypto, real estate, commodities, stocks?

To be honest, I didn't know much about investments and Crypto before it came to life and that has captivated me. For now, I would prefer to make investments in that area. Real estate is an excellent business, however, it is necessary to have the right leverage and the help of the banks. Due to the contraction of the banking system in my country, it would be quite difficult from my point of view as a young investor.

This year I want to invest heavily in Crypto, however, by 2022 I could expand the investment portfolio in terms of shares, but I still feel that it is not the time and I prefer to continue with this plan based onCrypto.

Do you have a plan or a set of goals on how to use and increase your share?

Yes, I want to significantly increase my participation, so I have to plan my time in a really efficient way, to be able to actively participate in Hive and do all the work corresponding to my business, besides, spending time with my family and of course, doing exercises.

I want to open a fund for the initiatives and contests also looking for creative collaboration with other hivers that could help me to the organization and execution of the ideas, as I wrote it behind this is a social network so it is necessary to invest in this point properly.

I would also like to develop marketing plans and initiatives to show more hiveive to both content creators and investors. A good start is my region, where you can buy hive or leos at least in the form of savings, this would help savers to keep their assets in an effective way and fighting the hyperinflation that the local currency, the Bolivar, suffers.

Forecast

Perhaps at this time I can not make a prediction based on theoretical or technical arguments, however, I think that the price of both Hive and Leo will have a dizzying rise this year, if we see it from the logical point of view the rise of BTC which is the reference Crypto also other currencies such as Hive will rise in price, I think that with this fever of BTC will reach Hive this will translate into investors with large sums of money betting on this platform, expanding it considerably. I also think that many people will adopt Crypto as a savings and investment currency, even without publishing any content, due to the confidence and sustained growth that they will have in 2021.

In conclusion this is basically my plan to develop economically this 2021, I think I could name some objectives and goals, however there is a lack of planning work in each one of those aspects, I hope to continue working on that in the next days to face this 2021, which will be a year of economic difersification for me as well as for many people around the world due to the new normality caused by the COVID-19.
