One thing is, the owner of that school actually feels that allowing them go home before month end would be thievery, hence they have to show up in school everyday. This is the definition of, deserve what you earn Most private sectors does this. Eventually it's something that's rampant in the country. They want to make people suffer for every cent they earn which is very disturbing and pathetic.
