Trusting the government is complete foolery, this is because centralised doesn't offer security, people sometimes feels secured because of the bogus assurance given to them by centralised entities and they feel they need them to keep their money, their data or even their information. So many people in Nigeria has been duped by our very own commercial banks but then the would still chose it than have the opportunity to own their data, I guess sometimes its all in the mindset.
