The other shout out is to use the #leoalpha. Not on everything. But on posts you make about hidden gems, up and coming projects, or "the next big thing".

I will be adding this to my toolbox of places to check for alpha! Good insight to use this tag (and to always use first five tags that are most relevant to the content and not tribe tags).
