If it where under $500 I'd simply give it to that person with no strings attached. It's an amount that won't hurt me and its not worth losing a friend over. However, a drug addicted person would be a whole other ball game. It undoubtedly depends on the friend and the circumstances. Always, with love 🤗🌺❤️
