Time for the 5th part of "My Moon Bag" Series and today I'll talk to you about #torum, a really promosing project who's goal is to connect crypto-users worldwide

What's TORUM

TORUM positions itself as the first social media platform that advocates the concept of crypto-focused.

By centering the interests of the community in crypto-related content and by taking advantage of the strong niche network effect, TORUM will attract more cryptocurrency users and projects to the platform as it expands.

TORUM has already climbed more than 250k spots in 90 days according to Alexa Rank with no signs of stopping anytime soon.

That's to be expected though cause the network effect is already happening.

TORUM users invite their crypto buddies and earn #xtm (TORUM'S ERC-20 token) for doing so thanks to the "Invite a Friend" Special Mission

Missions? What's that?

Missions are the easier way to earn #xtm on a daily basis while at the same time socializing and having fun!

There are 4 mission categories and that's Daily, Weekly, One-Time and Special.

I've already earned 8 XTM today just by liking and commenting on posts I like. Just make sure you "Claim" your #xtm rewards after you're done cause missions reset daily.

You can also click on "View Mission Statistics" and check out how much #xtm you've earned in total for completing missions.

My Thoughts

My 4-months experience with TORUM reminds me of when I learnt about Hive Blockchain and I love it.

The community is amazing and the team is delivering. These 2 things are enough for me to focus my energy into TORUM and make a name for myself over there.

#xtm is not yet tradeable in exchanges but it will be in Q2 2021 so you better buy/stack those #xtm before we go mainstream.
