A local database of properties that are listed for sale. It contains information about each property. The data could include:

  • Price
  • Sq. Ft.
  • Location
  • Agent
  • BR/BA
  • Amenities
  • Asking Price
  • Year Built

The MLS is only accessible by Realtors so it is one way they promote the advantage of listing it with them as opposed to selling oneself.
