Just sent out the weekly payouts in our commenting contest.

It actually has been three or four weeks since anything was sent out so the total was just used.

This is not a problem since @jfang003 was continually ahead of @amr008 easy week so it worked out well.

Instead of a winner take all I decided on a split.

There were 80 LEO total in the wallet, 60 to @jfang003 and 20 to @amr008.
