Leofinance Power UP Day: My thoughts one day later
Yesterday was an important event for the Leofinance community: the first Leofinance Power Up Day (LPUD). Leofinance is one of Hive's largest and most active communities and is also one of the communities that brings the most value to Hive by Onboarding new users and developing useful and interesting projects such as:

Among other things, projects such as CubFinance and Polycub are helping to raise awareness of Hive outside of Hive, and this is an added value for all Hive users.
In addition, there are other projects that have been announced but are in development such as Project Blank and Leolegends that are promising to be very good and interesting projects.

I believe very much in the potential of Hive and the potential of LeoFinance and that is why I have never done a power down on Hive and I have also set growth goals** on Hive and Leofinance.
I have a Hive Power of 24k HP and a LEO Power of 2600 LP and I hope to get to 30k HP and 5K LP as soon as possible and then immediately set other higher and more challenging goals.
Yesterday I decided to also make my own small contribution to the first LPUD and so I read and voted on almost all the posts with the LPUD tag published yesterday, June 15, 2022.
Out of a total of 69 posts with the LPUD tag I read and voted a total of 63 posts with a percentage varying between 10% and 100% and my Voting Power went down to 24% :)
In reading so many posts I was able to observe one aspect that I think could be improved to increase even more content publishing on https://leofinance.io/.
Out of 69 posts that I read only 23 received a vote from the Leofinance curators.
Curator voting is subjective and not guaranteed, and rightly so. By the way, I am also a curator of three projects on Hive and I am also a moderator of a small community and I know very well that curating is a difficult activity and above all it is a very time-consuming activity. Curating a single post can take up to 15-20 minutes because on a post you do several checks before giving a grade and you consider different evaluation criteria (quality, engagement, promotion and sharing on Twitter, Reddit, ...).
I come to my considerations...
Between today and yesterday I read several useful and quality posts that were rightly supported and curated but I also read posts that did not receive a vote from the Leofinance curators and that in my opinion deserved a curation vote also because @leogrowth's post said:

Leofinance has three official curators: @whatsup, @jk6276 and @beehiver
I read their posts and have often received their comments and support for my posts, so I just feel like thanking them. Their skill and dedication is certain and evident because they are good curators, good hivers and they are useful and quality content creators.
But in my opinion Leofinance should have more curators in relation to the posts that are published every day.
Today I asked in the Leofinance discord server about the average number of daily posts published on Leofinance and @khaleelkazi and @whatsup immediately responded by showing me a figure that highlights how large and important the Leofinance community is to Hive: Leofinance has an average of 150 posts published daily.
Three even good curators can read and evaluate or simply comment on 150 posts per day?
150 posts divided by 3 = 50. Each curator must read and evaluate 50 posts per day but in my opinion it is humanly impossible to do every day. Curators are not robots or superheroes but humans and if one curator has commitments or is unwell in health the other two curators have to evaluate 75 posts a day.
Curators like me know that this is a very demanding workload.
In my opinion the Leofinance community would need at least 8 official curators and my opinion is obviously modest and personal but I think that increasing the number of curators would bring more incentive to those who publish useful and quality content, more value to Leofinance and would incentivize even more than now to publish content.
I have seen the LEO Power Up users and I think the first LPUD was a success and I hope the next one will be even better but I also think it would have been even better if all the users who did Power Up had received, not necessarily a vote, but a comment as a reward for showing love and trust in the LEO token.
For example, among the posts I read yesterday that I appreciated was @silversaver's post that contained a useful tutorial on how to Power Up LEO tokens but did not receive a vote from leo.voter and in my opinion deserved it:
Another post that deserved an incentive in my opinion was @justclickindiva's post that showed all her excitement to participate in the first LPUD and shared her goals on Leofinance:
@belemo wrote a helpful post in which he explained how to participate in LPUD by buying LEO through HIVE, Polygon and BSC:
I have shown only three of the posts that in my opinion deserved a curation vote and that in my opinion were missed by the curators but not through any fault of their own but only because reading, evaluating and commenting on a single post takes time and the workload for three curators is in my opinion humanly excessive.
I am a Hive lover and a fan of Leofinance and have invested in all the projects created so far by Leofinance and I am glad I did and look forward to the release of the next Leofinance-branded projects. The considerations in my post are by no means criticisms but just personal and subjective opinions that may or may not be agreeable but I hope they are helpful to the Leofinance team because that is the only intent of this post of mine.

Ieri c'è stato un evento importante per la comunità di Leofinance: il primo Leofinance Power Up Day (LPUD). Leofinance è una delle più grandi comunità di Hive ed è anche una delle comunità che porta più valore ad Hive per la sua attività di Onboarding di nuovi utenti e per l'attività di sviluppo di progetti utili e interessanti come ad esempio:

Inoltre ci sono altri progetti annunciati ma in fase di sviluppo come Project Blank e Leolegends che si prospettano come progetti molto validi e interessanti.

Credo molto nel potenziale di Hive e nel potenziale di LeoFinance e per questo motivo non ho mai fatto un power down su Hive e ho anche fissato degli obiettivi di crescita su Hive e Leofinance.
Ho un Hive Power di 24k HP e un LEO Power di 2600 LP e spero di arrivare quanto prima a 30k HP e 5K LP per poi pormi subito altri obiettivi più alti e stimolanti.
Ieri ho deciso di dare anche un mio piccolo contributo personale al primo LPUD e così ho letto e votato quasi tutti i post con il tag LPUD pubblicati ieri 15 giugno 2022.
Su un totale di 69 post con il tag LPUD ho letto e votato un totale di 63 post con una percentuale variabile tra 10% e 100% e il mio Voting Power è sceso fino al 24% :)
Leggendo tanti post ho potuto osservare un aspetto che secondo me potrebbe essere migliorato per aumentare ancora di più la pubblicazione di contenuti su https://leofinance.io/.
Su 69 post che ho letto solo 23 hanno ricevuto il voto da parte dei curatori di Leofinance.
Il voto dei curatori è soggettivo e non è garantito ed è giusto che sia così. Tra l'altro anche io sono un curatore di tre progetti su Hive e sono anche un moderatore di una piccola comunità e so bene che l'attività da curatore è un'attività difficile e soprattutto è un'attività che richiede molto tempo. Curare un singolo post può richiedere anche 15-20 minuti perchè su un post si fanno diversi controlli prima di dare un voto e si considerano diversi criteri di valutazione (qualità, engagement, promotion and sharing on Twitter, Reddit, ...).
Vengo alle mie considerazioni...
Tra oggi e ieri ho letto diversi post utili e di qualità che sono stati giustamente supportati e curati ma ho letto anche post che non hanno ricevuto un voto dai curatori di Leofinance e che secondo me meritavano un voto di cura anche perchè nel post di @leogrowth c'era scritto:

Ho letto i loro post e ho ricevuto spesso i loro commenti e il loro supporto ai miei post e quindi mi sento solo di ringraziarli. La loro bravura e dedizione è certa ed evidente perchè sono bravi curatori, bravi hiver e sono dei creatori di contenuti utili e di qualità.
Ma secondo me Leofinance dovrebbe avere più curatori in rapporto ai post che vengono pubblicati ogni giorno.
Oggi ho chiesto nel server discord di Leofinance il numero medio di post giornaliero pubblicato su
Leofinance e @khaleelkazi e @whatsup mi hanno subito risposto mostrandomi un dato che evidenzia quanto la comunità di Leofinance è grande e importante per Hive: Leofinance ha una media di 150 post pubblicati giornalmente.
Tre curatori anche se bravi possono leggere e valutare o semplicemente commentare 150 post al giorno?
150 post diviso 3 = 50. Ogni curatore deve leggere e valutare 50 post al giorno ma secondo me è umanamente impossibile da fare ogni giorno. I curatori non sono robot o supereroi ma umani e se un curatore ha impegni o non sta bene in salute gli altri due curatori devono valutare 75 post al giorno.
Chi fa il curatore come me sa bene che questa è una mole di lavoro molto impegnativa.
Secondo me la comunità di Leofinance avrebbe bisogno di almeno 8 curatori ufficiali e la mia opinione è ovviamente modesta e personale ma penso che aumentare il numero dei curatori porterebbe un incentivo maggiore a chi pubblica i contenuti utili e di qualità, un maggior valore a Leofinance e incentiverebbe ancor di più di adesso la pubblicazione di contenuti.
Ho visto i LEO Power Up degli utenti e penso che il primo LPUD sia stato un successo e spero che il prossimo sarà ancora migliore ma penso anche che sarebbe stato ancora più bello che tutti gli utenti che hanno fatto Power Up avessero ricevuto, non necessariamente un voto, ma un commento come ricompensa per aver mostrato amore e fiducia nel token LEO.
Ad esempio tra i post che ho letto ieri e che ho apprezzato c'era il post di @silversaver che conteneva un utile tutorial su come fare Power Up dei LEO token ma non ha ricevuto il voto da leo.voter e secondo me lo meritava:
Un altro post che meritava un incentivo secondo me era il post di @justclickindiva che ha mostrato tutto il suo eccitamento per partecipare al primo LPUD e ha condiviso i suoi obiettivi su Leofinance:

Ho mostrato solo tre dei post che secondo me meritavano un voto di cura e che secondo me sono sfuggiti ai curatori ma non per colpa loro ma solo perchè leggere, valutare e commentare un singolo post richiede tempo e il carico di lavoro per tre curatori è secondo me umanamente eccessivo.
Sono un Hive lover e un fan di Leofinance e ho investito in tutti i progetti creati fino ad ora da Leofinance e sono contento di averlo fatto e aspetto con interesse il rilascio dei prossimi progetti targati Leofinance. Le considerazioni nel mio post non sono assolutamente delle critiche ma solo delle opinioni personali e soggettive che possono essere condivisibili o meno ma che spero siano utili al team di Leofinance perchè è questo l'unico intento di questo mio post.
