Good morning dear readers, I hope you are having a great day, today I am again in this great community of #leofinance to participate in the initiative of the friends of #rutablockchain in which they invite us to remember our first experience with money but in the time of our childhood, to tell a little how we knew the meaning of money, which was the first thing we came to buy with that money, among other things, here I will leave the link to the post of the initiative Source in case you want to join it, and without further ado I leave you with my personal experience with money:
Muy buen día queridos lectores, espero estén teniendo un gran día, hoy nuevamente estoy por esta gran comunidad de #leofinance para participar en la iniciativa de los amigos de #rutablockchain en la cual nos invitan a recordar nuestra primera experiencia con el dinero pero en la época de nuestra infancia, a contar un poco como conocimos el significado del dinero, que fue lo primero que llegamos a comprar con ese dinero, entre otras cosas, aquí les dejare el link al post de la iniciativa Fuente por si se quieren unir a ella, y bueno sin más que añadir los dejo con mi experiencia personal con el dinero:
To talk about my first experience with money I must go back more than 16 years when I was about 6 or 7 years old, at that time was more or less in which I began to understand the meaning of money, although my family has never been a multimillionaire or anything like that, fortunately we have always had a more or less stable economy, My mother always bought me everything I needed, whether it was clothes, shoes, toys, things for entertainment, etc. Even so, she always gave me some kind of allowance or money every week to spend at school, whether it was sweets, candies or anything else I wanted and could afford. She always instilled in me the idea of saving for things I didn't have to buy at the time, but also for anything that might come up or that I might need in the future.
Para hablar de mi primera experiencia con el dinero debo remontarme a mas de 16 años atrás cuando tenía unos 6 o 7 años de edad, en esa época fue más o menos en la cual empecé a entender el significado del dinero, aunque mi familia nunca ha sido multimillonaria ni nada por el estilo, afortunadamente siempre hemos tenido una economía más o menos estable, en la cual mi madre siempre me compraba todo lo que necesitaba, bien sea ropa, calzado, juguetes, cosas para el entretenimiento, etc, aun así ella siempre de daba una especie de mesada o dinero semanalmente para que los gastara en el colegio bien sea en dulces, golosinas o cualquier otra cosa que deseara y que me alcanzara. Siempre me inculcaba la idea de ahorrar para comprar cosas que no tuviera para comprar en ese preciso momento, pero también para cualquier cosa que se me pudiera presentar o que pudiera necesitar en el futuro.
Even though my mother gave me money and advised me to save, the truth is that it was thanks to my grandparents that I applied that advice much more, this is because my grandparents were the opposite of my mother, that is to say that while my mother bought me most things and gave me money mostly for small expenses and luxuries, my grandparents gave me few clothes and toys, But they gave me money for the clothes or toys they could have given me, they told me that instead of giving me a toy or clothes that I might not like, it was better for me to have the money to buy the clothes or toys that I really wanted, and they also told me that if I didn't need anything specific at that moment, it was better to save that money and buy something even more expensive and better in the future.
A pesar de que mi madre me daba dinero y me aconsejaba que ahorrara, la verdad es que fue gracias a mis abuelos que aplique mucho mas ese consejo, esto se debe a que mis abuelos eran el opuesto a mi madre, es decir que mientras mi mama me compraba la mayoría de las cosas y me daba dinero más que todo para pequeños gastos y lujos, mis abuelos me regalaban poca ropa y juguetes, pero me daban en dinero el valor de esa ropa o juguetes que podrían haberme dado, me decían que en lugar en regalarme un juguete o una ropa que posiblemente no me gustarían, era preferible que yo tuviera el dinero para comprar la ropa o los juguetes que yo de vedad deseara, además de ello me decían que si no necesitaba nada especifico en ese momento lo mejor era ahorrar ese dinero y comprar algo inclusive más costoso y mejor en el futuro.
It was so that little by little I was acquiring the habit of saving and I was doing it with all the money that my relatives were giving me either in birthdays, day of the child and other dates where gifts are received, with time I was buying several things that I wanted or needed but what I remember most of having bought at that time was my first portable Discman player.
Fue así que poco a poco fui adquiriendo el habito de ahorrar y lo hacía con todo el dinero que me daban mis familiares bien sea en cumpleaños, día del niño y demás fechas donde se reciben regalos, con el tiempo fui comprando varias cosas que deseaba o necesitaba pero lo que más recuerdo de haber comprado en aquella época fue mi primer reproductor portátil Discman.
Perhaps many remember and perhaps many do not because this was a device that was used many years ago hahaha, but basically it was a portable cd's player in which we put our favorite music cd and we could listen to it anywhere, now we have our phones or tablets in which we can do the same, but the truth the Discman was one of the best things I remember from that time, especially if you were very fond of listening to music, after having the discman what more bought were cd of music of several genres or artists, but as I remember in what more spent for that time was in headphones, that for some reason always lived them damaging hahaha, and it is something that today still happens to me with the headphones of my phone, always damage them fast or lose them somewhere.
Quizás muchos lo recuerden y quizás muchos no pues este era un aparato que se utilizaba hace muchos años jajaja, pero básicamente era un reproductor de cd`s portátil en el que colocábamos nuestro cd de música favorita y podíamos escucharla en cualquier lado, actualmente tenemos nuestros teléfonos o tabletas en las cuales podemos hacemos lo mismo, pero la verdad el Discman era una de las mejores cosas que recuerdo de aquella época, sobre todo si eras muy amante de escuchar música, luego de tener el discman lo que más compraba eran cd de música de varios géneros o artistas, pero según recuerdo en lo que mas gastaba para aquella época era en auriculares, que por algunas razón siempre los vivía dañando jajajaja, y es algo que a día de hoy aun me pasa con los auriculares de mi teléfono, siempre los daño rápido o los pierdo en algún sitio.
The habit of saving money was something that I had very present during much of my childhood, thanks to the advice that my mother and above all my grandparents gave me. When I was a child I only saved money to buy things in the future, nowadays I generate with my work besides using it to cover my expenses, I try to invest a good part in crypt coins for example and I save the rest, I do this in case I need something later, but mainly I do it with the intention of investing it later when a good opportunity arises and generate more money with it.
El habito de ahorrar dinero fue algo que tuve muy presente durante gran parte de mi infancia, gracias a los consejos que me daba mi madre y sobretodo mis abuelos, actualmente mantengo ese habito y lo aplico mucho pero desde otra prospectiva. Cuando era pequeño solo ahorraba dinero para comprar cosas a futuro, actualmente lo que genero con mi trabajo además de utilizarlo para cubrir mis gastos, trato de invertir una buena parte en criptomonedas por ejemplo y lo demás lo ahorro, hago esto por si llego a necesitar alguna cosa más adelante, pero principalmente lo hago con la intención de invertirlo más adelante cuando se presente una buena oportunidad y generar más dinero con ello.
My little reflection for my participation in this challenge is that parents are always fundamental for me to acquire the basic economic knowledge that will serve as a base for the future, in my case my mother and my grandparents were the ones who gave me that base. My rabbit is that saving is something very good because it can serve us in the future, but it is even better to save for a specific purpose, in my case the main purpose of saving is to invest the proceeds with the intention of always multiplying those savings, as I mentioned before and if I could give an advice for example to my children in the future I think that would be it.
Mi pequeña reflexión para mi participación en este reto es que los padres siempre son fundamentales para adquirí los conocimientos económicos básicos necesarios que nos servirán como base para el futuro, en mi caso mi madre y mis abuelos fueron los que me dieron esa base. Mi conejo es que el ahorrar es algo muy bueno pues nos puede servir en un futuro, pero es todavía mejor ahorrar con un propósito específico, en mí caso el principal propósito de ahorrar es el de invertir lo recaudado con la intención de siempre multiplicar esos ahorros, como mencione anteriormente y si pudiera darle un consejo por ejemplo a mis hijos en el futuro creo que sería ese.
