Reading from the start of your post to the end I am not thrilled about this new noise.cash. For one it sounds like what publish0x does already. While posts are not organized its a scrambling of information. People who have too much free time could potentially enjoy this type of information distribution, but most I think would like an organized and orderly flow of data/information.

Yet at the end you post multiple Hive users I am very familiar with. Dang if they join I might as well too. Earlier adopters do tend to earn more down the road so we will see. Thanks.
