It's all in the mind.

That's what people always say in an attempt to make light of a moment you are dreading. Or maybe it's a poor attempt at motivating others by people who are lost for words. Basically, it means that whatever fear or worry we feel is all in our minds. We are just thinking about it. It means that it will be possible to conquer anything if we put our minds to it. (mindset ba, mindset).

If the above concept is true, then it follows that we could do things impossible if we could just master the psychology of our own minds. We might even acquire Psychic abilities if we just manifest them hard enough. And speaking of Psychic abilities, I wanted to share how the Psychic Goblin wreaked havoc when it is out on the battlefield. Oh yes, we're talking about Splinterlands now. I don't know how we got here, but nevertheless, here we are.

Psychic Goblin

This time around, we'll try and showcase the abilities of this particular Level 3 Psychic Goblin.
It's obviously better than the base counterpart because its HP is higher by 2 whole points making it last longer in the battle. Let's see how much of a difference it can generate.

Battles

For the first battle, here's how the cards were stacked up against each other:

And it's quite an opening I must say. It was one for the win column for me. Here's the battle link if you want to see it.

And again, it was a nice opening for me because it was followed by several more Ws after that.

Here are some of the matches that I won using the Psychic Goblin:

There were some more after that but I think that my favorite win was this one:

I think that it was really nice that I was able to pull away with the W eventhough my deck was outnumbered. Who doesn't want to win, right?

This one's pretty special because it was against a fellow who uses virtually the same line up as I do. I really think that in this particular battle, the level of the cards I used gave me a huge advantage aside from leveling the battle field in terms of numbers.

If there are wins, there are definitely some losses. And there were a lot of them. I noticed that I was particularly vulnerable against Death Splinter lineups especially when they use Thaddeus Brood as their summoner. He has the debuff ability that takes away my Obsidian buff plus it also takes away an HP from my team, really annoying if you ask me.
