Bitcoin Lightning Comes to Hive

Hive Blockchain has been one of the decentralised worlds greatest success stories a chain over 4 years in existence with continued development and growth it is a chain that people shouldn't go past when looking to expand their crypto journey.

Hive which is a fork from Steem has seen a 450% increase since its inception and with more and more projects choosing to build on the Hive Blockchain it continues to out perform the majority of the web3 world through longevity.

Hive has for sometime enabled cross chain transfers and can already accept Bitcoin, BNB, LTC and many more tokens. Although due to low volume on the internal market it is not ideal conditions to formally trade these tokens.

What is Bitcoin Lightning?

Lightning Labs has been one of the few teams to commence developing Bitcoin lightning which will take Bitcoin beyond its current for and support mainstream adoption.

As Bitcoin's mining life is slowly coming to an end there have been many teams trying to establish the "what's next" chapter. Bitcoin Lightning has been developed as a layer 2 protocol to enable faster, cheaper and increase the amount of transactions possible.

In fact the QR code above is an example of what Bitcoin lightning is. No longer will you need length keys and wait on transactions everything is taken care of with one swipe of the QR code.

For now I will leave this post open as I will return to write a blog on Bitcoin lightning as the focus today is on the continued growth and adoption of Hive.
