AVA is volatile but it does have benefits to using it and what you can do with it. UST on the other hand is stable and it is far easier to save and account for your funds.

What I have found with AVA is that due to it's volatility it is hard to plan a head, although you could get lucky and the value double in the time you are saving. Or the market could crash.
