Ethereum roll out on Twitter

In a tweet stating "Just setting up my twttr" Jack Dorsey Twitter CEO launched the implementation of Cent an Ethereum token specialising in NFTs where users can sell and big on tweets on the popular social media site.

Justin Sun was amongst the first bidders for the tweet but the leading bid is coming from Ceypto888crypto for a whopping $US88,888.88.

It will be interesting to see the roll out of NFTs on popular blogging sites and if wide spread adoption occurs or it becomes a giant circle Jerk.

Seeing past issues with Steem which caused a hard fork and the creation of Hive will this be the end of Twitter and the commencement of another platform where only a few whales dominate the sector cutting out the everyday user.

Only time will tell
