Go for the deep work when you are most productive and ensure you do the less tasking work when you are least productive. Don not use your most productive hours to work on minor tasks and your least productive hours to work on major task. Doing this, is just a recipe for disaster. Your productive hours may differ and probably fluctuate from time to time with regards to your mood, that is why you need to flexible and know and observe yourself and mood. You can set a work schedule of things that must be done for that day, which will help give you the freedom to do your work when you are at your peak of your productivity and creativity.
