Lpuds are my favourite activity days in the Leo verse and I believe it is same for some others, this is because of the fun, prizes and benefits that comes with each of them. I'm yet to win any of the prizes but my Leo Power keeps growing and that's more than amazing for me. Thanks to this contest, I've been able to learn a lot of new things about this community but this time around, I'm asked to give a swot analysis and my suggestions for more lpud events (more like I decided to focus on these ones hehe).

No doubt, LPUD gets more interesting by every month. Just three months ago, it was the announcement of Leo badges which grabbed a lot of attentions. The next month got more fun as people were more prepared not to miss the badge. And the recent month's Lpud, still very fresh in our heads was all about "Slaying dragons to keep the den safe" large prizes were won... And I believe more of those dynamics are coming for lpud events.

Before I go ahead to share my suggestions, let's go over my own kind of SWOT analysis I made for Leo Power Up Day... It may not be good enough or true to you, but it is just what I could think of when I saw the question and I'm happy to share.

My SWOT analysis of LPUD

Not sure if the writings on the image is clear enough so I'll share my reasons for having this analysis for LPUD.

LPUD strengths - I couldn't think of more than one strength but I think this one strength covers a whole lot for the Leo verse when people participate in the LPUD events. The strength of LPUD is community growth... The more power ups are encouraged, the more users get to have higher stakes and the more the community grow in strength because of it's supporting users.

LPUD weaknesses - No, LPUD in itself has no weaknesses. It is actually the most powerful power up events after Hive power up event so finding weakness for it is a bit difficult. Then I thought and I share, LPUD could have more participations instead... It will be perfect when that happens.

LPUD Opportunities - I wouldn't have known about buying Leo tokens myself if I didn't show interest in joining the power up event. I had to ask and got to learn how to buy, now I buy Leo tokens anytime to power up. A lot of other users are doing same which is not only strengthening the token price but also publicizing it.

LPUD threats - The only threat I could think of is "Users powering down their Leo tokens after an lpud participation". Even though this isn't much of a threat to the event but a loss to those who do it, it's still of concern to the event. It's off to see recent power up participants removing their stakes. Well, there has got to be reasons for it so no pressure!

My suggestions for LPUD event

The recent storyline for lpud was a great idea and it would be cool to have more of that but I also like the idea of making it a one time thing. While I was thinking on suggestions to give, I thought it would be cooler if LPUD events can include something like this πŸ‘‡

Lion Help a Cub Power Up

I don't mean a Cub by the amount of Leo (5000 Leo tokens) but I mean by being a new user who is showing signs of interest to the community. This idea may have actually come from Hive power up helper but I think it will be an entirely new activity if included to Leofinance power up days.

And for this suggestion, I couldn't help but think the amount for power up to gain a badge and win prizes is a bit too much. But whales and those who want to support a new user won't find it too hard to join in the "Lion help a Cub" Lpud event compared to those coming up.

LPUD Remainder Challenge

I've read a few posts sharing why they missed the power up event because they had not enough Leo to power up at the time, while some go about saying they totally forgot about the event. Even though it seem kinda weird to forget such an important day, I think this is another way to get more people to participating in the LPUD events.

Create a challenge to find recent token buyers, set a competitive atmosphere to know who buys more Leo and share some prizes for whoever gets ready for the LPUD event much earlier to participate.

I'm not sure if this is coming out well but I've pictured it and it is going to be fun and rewarding for both the organisers and the participants awaiting the main day - LPUD.

Not sure I have more suggestions to give on how to get more people to participate than this but I'll be sure to share it if I get any later. Until then, your suggestions are welcomed in the comment section and hopefully, you'll be read by the main guys haha.

This is my entry to the [LEO&HODL Contest](https://leofinance.io/@idiosyncratic1/leo-and-hodl-contest-focus-new-events-for-lpuds) and I'll like to invite @princessbusayo @omosefe @johnbenn to participate (ooops sorry, it's almost deadline) but you guys could check out for the next contest to join in.
