My Thoughts On Earned Tokens - @katerinaramm Writing Contest

While going through my feed, I came across a post by @katerinaramm which was reblogged to my feed and I read through to see she started a contest recently. I decided to participate in the most recent one but forgot until today to make an entry.

The question she asked was "What would you do with your giveaway earned tokens. Will you power it up? Will you spend it? Will you convert them to something else?

The options given are all important to me depending on the situation I find myself at the time I got the tokens. I can remember I've spent my earned tokens from a giveaway only once because I needed some money then and it came right on time. But no, I don't prefer to sell off my tokens and spend it.

Here's what I'd prefer to do with my earned tokens.

Power Up Some Tokens

Okay, I'm taking it to mean that I earned small but significant amount of tokens so I'll prefer to power up half of it to gain more power with that token and also to increase my curation rewards.

One easy thing to do with my Hive engine is powering up so I do that a lot and my giveaway earned tokens isn't out of it. I would power up half of it and keep the rest for something else.

Covert Some Tokens

The something else is converting the remaining half and send it to an investment wallet I work on. I get to grow my investments if I put in more coins so if I could convert my tokens to more coins on that wallet, that is one of things I'll do with my earned tokens.

Conversion of tokens can also be here on Hive, I could convert to get more of my old tokens which I would want to increase to give bigger votes to authors.

I want to appreciate @katerinaramm for giving this opportunity and I'm sorry for an almost late entry, I hope it will be accepted still. Thanks for the question too, I got to think of what I would do with a token I got recently. It has just been there in my wallet but now, I'll power up and maybe convert some if I can.
