Chilling progress for my DCity for now

My DCity progress is not so fast right now as the implementation of big taxes by the president as well as the ongoing robberies especially those of Casino that is very painful if being robbed. Most of my SIM Token finances earned so far daily have dropped almost below 500 SIM from my expected of 800 SIM. Anyway, I see that it was the best for DCity to control the progress of the players in order to maintain equality and the control of SIM Token price in the market.

I'm still holding at the population of 1300 which is a bit low compare to those newcomers who really put their effort to build up their population really fast. Even making it to the top 100 which is really hard for me as I'm low in finances. Probably, what will I do is try to maximize the finances that I would receive daily from both in SIM rewards and in HIVE rewards.

It's been rewarding so far but still a long way to go for me. I guess continue to build up my account could benefit me in the long term. Let's see how my account progress for the next 3 months and how much income will I get from it.

Earn Cards from Investment

As of the moment, I will try to build up my account with Luxury Home due to low finances and at the same time, I am trying to fill up those needed people to get hired. From this strategy, I would able to reach my goal of having a near 1 to hire people before I made another attempt to buy finance buildings that could increase again my popularity as it is now at 699.

As we can see, I have around 9 Luxury Homes so far which continues to help increase my base population while getting a little as 2 income for each of these buildings. For my citizens, I continue to receive several Homeless people, now I'm getting 4 of these while I only get 1 Worker. I'm hoping that I would receive several Workers than of Homeless as I want my popularity to get maintained at 699, or if around 690 before I will buy again buildings at random.

City Happenings

There's a lot of city happenings so far as my Casino got robbed two times already in four days which resulted in me losing the income of 800 SIM while my Shopping Mall got robbed two times also. Now, I'm thinking that its either I will try to increase the number of my Casinos which is quite very expensive in the market or lose them so robberies won't be so painful if ever.

Anyway, I will just continue to hold off my Casinos as I will try to gamble on finances. Some say that better rewards come with high risk.

I try to maintain earnings at around 577 SIM now while takes is around 50%. As for my people to hire it is now 24 remainings wherein I'm nearing to close it to 0 before buying more buildings with workers and increase my popularity again.

Earnings

So far earnings are good in my DCity account, wherein I locked into SIM Income 578. I guess I need to build again my SIM Income so I could reach back to 800 SIM daily. I'm now at 1358 population which entitles me to continue to receive rewards in rankings which is good.

I have seen also that the rewards in the pool seem to drop lately at 148K HIVE now. Anyway, I'm optimistic that it will increase back as people from low ranks would try to develop their city in order to increase their daily finances or even receive much better hive rewards in rankings.

Anyway, let's just continue to earn and enjoy the game.
