CUB FINANCE: Providing bLEO-BNB Liquidity using Binance Extension Wallet and Farming

The most awaited CUB Finance is in open for many days now.

Like many others, I have also provided liquidity for bLEO-BNB pair. I used Binance browser extension wallet. The whole process was completed in couple of minutes. The time for transferring BNB from Binance to my wallet is also included in these minutes.

It was easy and fun.

Though, you'll find more descriptive and easy ways in https://docs.cubdefi.com/ about how to operate on CUB Finance, let me share my experience from a user's point of view, what I did and how I did it and how was the experience.

HOW TO GET BINANCE SMART CHAIN (BSC) or BEP-20 BNB?

I got them from Binance exchange.

I don't like KYC and even if I want to complete KYC process on Binance, my country is not in the list of countries eligible for that.

It asks me for my email and password for login and then send a code on my phone (I haven't used Google Authenticator, It might also work, not sure though, then you won't need the phone)

At the time of withdrawal it sends two codes, one to the email address and second one to the phone.

Next comes the part to get BSC BNB or BEP-20 BNB.

For this:

  • Click on the Wallet tab and select "Fiat and Spot" from the drop down list. There, click on "Withdraw", one of the options against the BNB amount.

  • On the "Withdrawal Page", enter the BSC address.

Don't forget to select "Binance Smart Chain" on your wallet before copying the address.

Those, who don't have Binance browser wallet extension (Windows, Mac, Linux) they can download it from the DOWNLOAD tab on Binance UI. It is also available on App Store and Google Play for mobile phone users.

  • After pasting the address, select BEP-20, choose the amount to transfer and click Submit (Withdrawal fees is around 21c).

Transfer will take somewhere between 30 seconds to 2 minutes.

bLEO-BNB LIQUIDITY

bLEO can be bought on Cub Finance, but I converted my LEO into bLEO by following the steps:

  • Insert the number of LEO, you want to convert into bLEO.

  • It will show you the number of bLEO you'll receive and the amount of the transaction fee. Click OK.

  • Give your HIVE account name/ID in the next pop up.

  • Confirm the transaction on HIVE Keychain.

GETTING bLEO-BNB LP Tokens

For getting rewards in CUB through Farming, you first have to get LP tokens of any of the available currencies' pair you want to Farm with.

  • Click on "Add Liquidity".
  • BNB is pre-selected as the first currency, select bLEO in the second box.

When you insert the number of bLEO, it'll automatically fill the amount of BNB required for the LP, saving you the calculation.

  • Click on "Approve bLEO" (This is required only the first time),

  • Confirm in Binance Chain Wallet dialogue,

  • Click on "Supply", then on "Confirm Supply", and confirm on Binance Wallet as well.

FINALLY COMES THE PART OF FARMING.

  • When you confirm it on your Binance Wallet, it'll show the stake option, click on "Stake".

  • Click on "Max" if you want to stake all of your bLEO-BNB LP tokens, otherwise write the amount you want to stake and click on "Confirm".

  • Click "Confirm" on Binance Chain Wallet as well.
