STRATEGIES AND PLAN FOR A GOOD BUSINESS, WHAT WE NEED TO KNOW.
Do you know why business organizations or any kind of business fall so quick? So many people start their business without a proper care, I have seen people that put millions of naira in their businesses but at the end of the day there is no profit.
Today i will be talking about some ways at which we can take care of our business, and i hope we like it.
Location of your business and who you are selling to
This is a very good thing to know, before you can set up any kind of business you need to know where you want to set it for instance you open a shopping more in a rural and local area where there is no single person to patronize you your market will hardly move up because they won't value it , it will look like a waste of money Infront of them. At the same time you need to consider who you are selling your goods to, you have gotten some questions you need to ask yourself, will they appreciate my business?
But if you open a business in urban area where you know that people there needs it most then you will meet your needs. Your goals will be achievable.
Customer relation Customer relations and service is very important, we have some customers that once you treat them right they will never go anywhere to get goods apart from your side. Let me tell you one beautiful story about customer relations so quick, when i was in college i use to help one man to repair his phone, after my graduation i left the college to university which is 5 to 6 hours journey by car which means it is very far, anytime this man phone have issues he will wait for me for months regardsless of the time I'm spending in my school before he repairs the phone, he did that for years till i became a graduate, this is just because of the relationship between us and how loyal and trustworthy i am to him my point is try as much as possible to increase your customer relations.
Have strategies to do better This is important too you need a strategy on how you can develop your business, think about a positive way and know how to join 1 plus 1 to give you 3 , know what exactly your customer wants and how to increase them.
Evaluation At the end of every day, week and months make sure you evaluate the business, make sure you know what is coming in and what going out that is it is necessary for us to track our business to know if we are making profit or loss , either profit or loss we will be able to know what to do.
In a nutshell it is good to track a and take good care of our business because to me my business is my everything and that is what brings money and happiness to me.
