I didn't know anything about DeFi prior to CUB and I don't invest in things I don't understand that lead me down the DeFi rabbit. Started by learning the basics of why it exists and what problem is it solving.

After 2 days of learning I felt confident that DeFi would be a smart investment and since I already trust and like the team behind Leo I decided that CUB would be the way to go. I'm very risk averse so I also decided to buy some Cake and invest it into Autofarm to diversify my DeFi platforms instead of going all in on CUB.

As always I opted to dollar cost average into it instead of going with a lump sum. Specially since most new projects tend to go up in value in the beginning and then slowly decline and CUB was no exception. I bought for over $3 all the way down to lower than $1.

I believe in the team and I'm on it for the long run. We've seen a major update with the integration of the bridge and SOOOOOOOOOON (Any time now) Kingdoms will be launched. Both are major upgrades and required a lot of work and time but it made the users feel like the project was dying. Crypto moves fast and if you decide tackle major updates without feeding the degens they will skater.

That's why I would love to see some minor upgrades every once in a while just to keep things moving. I have a couple suggestions that I think would help the CUB community to grow and increase the value of the token.

1 Weekly lottery

Nothing new here, pancake implemented this a while ago and there are a lot of people suggesting the same thing. Distribute 90% of the prize and burn the rest of the tokens to fight inflation (Or 80%/20% more than that and people won't play as much). I'm not much of gambler but I would play it every now and then. Maybe change it to a daily lottery once we get more users.

2 Referral program

Give the users a little incentive to go out there and promote the platform. Either compensate the referring users by giving them a single payment once they refer someone that stakes more than X amount of dollars or give them a lifetime reward from everything their referrals earn for example for every 1 CUB the referral earn the person who referred them get 0.01 CUB.

3 Partnerships with other platforms

Make CUB available on platforms like autofarm, pancakebunny, beefy etc... This would raise a lot of awareness for the CubDeFi platform. I learned about the existence of many DeFi projects because they suddenly appear on one of this platform.
I've been listening to the AMA's and I realise that the team is already working on this.

4 List CUBDeFi everywhere

I've checked a couple different Dapp listing websites and never have I seen CUB listed in there. A lot of people check them to find new opportunities in the crypto space, having CUB appear in there might bring some extra users.

5 Influencers

This has a lot more impact that people realise. Just having a couple youtubers and tik tokers make a video about it would go a long way. This is a job for us, the community. Every now and then I like to drop a comment on some random youtubers nudging them to take a look at CubDeFi / Leo and Hive.
