was lazy to check the market regularly and update the price.

I could have collected more rental income this month too. I'm going to try to update the rental prices twice per season, one at the beginning (2 days after its start) and update it 4 days before the end of the season. Not sure if this would be the best strategy but it looks like it might pay off.
