I won't say that it will never happen as i can see a future where it's a scarce resource and a lot of apps will need it to access the eco-system but it's definitely still a pipe dream unless the apps stat bringing in serious user numbers and generating revenue to support themselves and buy up more hive to run.
I wouldn't sell out my stack at $10 as that is the golden goose to generate more hive but i would be selling off the earnings every day into stable coins and for living as markets change fast.
At $10 I could be earning a few thousand a month just from curating and a few posts. It wouldn't be a bad way to live.
