Starting line-up

Two dragon summoners with my trusty Drake leading the way as usual. I didn't end up using any dragon monsters this time but i still like how it opens up more options for every battle.

My opponent went with a sneak lineup which is never a bad way to go and I did something similar mixed in with magic and speed.

Exploding rats is a strange card and especially in holy protection is going to be sacrificed almost instantly against my lord Arianthus and it's thorns. Still the best tank in the game.

First kill..

First kill actually went to my opponent with their sneak attacks and took out my ranged monster holding up the end of my team. First shot took it's protection. Second took four health and then sandworm finished it off. Nothing to worry about as they spend their full first round to take out an unnecessary monster.

I still have enough firepower waiting to go that I didn't mind losing that card in the first round.

Next to go was their exploding rat predictably.

Round three.

This wasn't going to be one of those long drawn out matches anyway. Then my assassin poisoned their rear ranged monster which was a blow to their team as it carried the extra speed needed for them to win. They kept chipping away at the rear of my team with a little success. Then their sandworm went down to poison as well and all before the start of round three.

I had more monsters left at this stage but mine were in a lot better health with their current tank about to go and no protection against magic attacks. IT was only going to go one way from here as i whittled down their monsters one by one.

Finishing line-up.

And just like that it was all over. My tank was still alive along with the two magic monsters that i started with. It's always dangerous not to have any magic protection on the field especially for your tank as there are so many strong magic cards in the game now.

Their strategy of a full sneak attack can be very good but they needed a tank that could hold up my team long enough to take out the monsters one by one. Exploding rat just isn't that card. With a different choice it could have gone the other way easily enough.

Try for yourself.

If you haven't played the game before then now is the best time to join. Today is much better than tomorrow and a lot better than later.
