Let the madness begin.

Christmas only comes around once a year but Splinterlands EOS is every two weeks.

I know which I would prefer.

It was interesting for the past few seasons after the rewards updates watching my rental returns staying steady across the whole two weeks without the crazy EOS pump that we used to have in the past.

It was so much effort to maintain all of the cards in the past compared to now where all of my spares are left in rental accounts to be automatically rented out by the bot system. So handy and with their fees dropping down to 10% soon enough it will be even more profitable compared to what they are earning right now.

This season seems to have picked up slightly for the last day as i have taken a back step from playing as well and placed my best cards in a separate account to make some profit.

It's actually very easy right now just to rent my daily focus ever few days, spam the crap out of it from 100% down to 50% to get some chests and wait a few days for it to come back up.

This would have worked a treat if i had not been so busy and didn't get around to playing much in the past season at all.

That's why I'm here with a half life team rented out trying to earn a few chests before the timer runs out.

12 Diamond chests so far today and counting.

I love the game but it's just been taking up too much time for the moment so sometimes it is better to automate as much as possible in rentals and playing to keep the board ticking over until there is time to focus on it properly again.

That's one of the reasons that i can see the prices rising as it's been hard to rent any decent cards for the EOS to try and earn some chests.

The other reason is from my own rentals which have climbed about 20% higher compared to yesterday.

It's good to see that while all other markets are crashing that the game is holding steady.

Now I just have to wait until opening time.

It's just addictive to get the end of season rewards and getting to open all of the chests.

Especially with the new focus system where you can keep earning more and more chests over time.

If you haven't played the game before then now is the best time to join. Today is much better than tomorrow and a lot better than later.

Cards worth a few cents now will have a much higher value in the future as the print runs out. We have a strong community and seen this happen every time as it grows with the game.
