I agree to your first point, but we know that, most mainstream just knows BTC or maybe ETH - hence Hive and its value must be wider known

True. However, hive is just a year old. There is plenty of time to grow. Growth occurs within this space quickly. I am optimistic about the growth of the hive network.

Also agree to point two however gov wants to control and will regulate and try to centralize and create their own digital currencies - hope you are right masses do not trust the system and take their consequence.

There is an issue of security and ownership which centralized systems can't provide and they've shown this over time: freezing of assets, censorship, etc. I think this will nudge people towards decentralized blockchain. Institutions are already following the trend, the people will too.
