It is often hard to imagine a system owned by all. in our current time the power gap is significant to the point it seems almost impossible to check up. Those with the resources are invested in these technologies that would soon transform the world. The race seems to be between the government and the tech companies in my opinion. I believe in the end the people would decide where their loyalty lies. It's either with the government or the cooperation. My hope is as this battle gets fierce avenues are created for the average to gain ownership in these systems that are been built and they are decentralised further away from any center entity
