4 Weeks in and time to take stock. Cubdefi is still running the airdrop so I will keep that running, but today I am going to cash in my Quickswap and see how I have done.

I only have 1 farm going now so it is time to cash it out.

I withdrew my LP tokens from the farm and then withdrew them from the LP pool

Finally I converted the VOLT and the dQUICK I had back to Matic.

After 4 weeks I have 51.08 MATIC in my wallet. When I started I had 52.04, so I have managed to lose nearly 1 MATIC, bearing in mind I could have just locked this MATIC up on Binance earn and earned up to 21.54% APY with no work needed and guaranteed returns I have decided that this is the much better option for me going forward with my MATIC.

I understand that I am putting my funds on a centralized exchange rather than on DeFi but it is a small portion of my overall crypto and the on chain MATIC staking is on the Ethereum network and fees would be high. Most of my other staked tokens are staked on chain through my Ledger wallet.

Now time to look over my funds on Cubdefi, It looks like the price of CUB is still dropping compared to BNB so I am guessing I have some impermanent loss going on in this pool. I am still hoping the CUB and POLYCUB farmed from this will cover the losses, but after my Quickswap experience I am not so sure.

I have 33.605 CUB to claim as I didn't claim last week. I think this week I will claim and convert half to BNB and add it to the pool.

There was another 6.362 POLYCUB to claim from the airdrop which I claimed and added to the xPOLYCUB farm.

Not feeling great about DeFi this week after my experience on Quickswap. I will stick with Cubdefi at least for as long as the airdrop is going on and see where it goes. I came into this with funds I could afford to lose in this test so if it all goes wrong then it's no big deal.
