My LBI Journey (So Far)

With the 1 LEO for 1 LBI price about to disappear on February 1st I thought I would post an update of where I stood in the LBI project. As of yesterday I now have 2000 LBI. When I started buying them in early December I had planned on getting 1000. As Christmas arrived I had already reached my goal. At this point with 1 LBI already worth more than 1 LEO (just a little) and still available at a one to one price from @lbi-token, I decided to keep buying until there was a price increase.

It became apparent the price increase would come around the end of January. So I did some power downs, invested some extra fiat I had received and kept buying through the month to get to 2000. I may buy more at the increased price but that will probably depend on some financial issues occurring outside the cryptosphere.

Whatever happens I can be satisfied with what I have now. With the current price of 1 LBI at apprx. 1.03 LEO my investment has increased by 60 LEO in just under 2 months just for buying and holding. The price is projected to go to 1.05 by the end of February which will put me at plus 100 LEO in 3 months.

Not bad considering the actual investing part of LBI has not really started yet. This is mostly just post rewards and curation from the @lbi-token account we are seeing now. There are still dividends to come also that were delayed by a vote of the token holders to help grow the account even more. It appears things are off to a rousing start!
