I see so many people around here (in post soviet space), who never leave a TIP to anybody. NEVER. Be it Taxi driver, restaurant waitress, barber, hotel room service. Whatever. And they truly believe they are 100% right.
"Why should I?" They are all paid properly by the employer!

Damn soviet regime heritage...
