Are we witnessing the end of cryptocurrencies?? The prophets of disaster
Cryptocurrencies falling here, cryptocurrencies falling there, that's all we seem to be reading and hearing about in the news lately everywhere, and it's also true that this has been one of the worst years since cryptocurrencies has existed, that's undeniable.
But what seems abysmal, incredible and inconceivable to me is that many people are already betting on the end of crypto, including people who understand economics and crypto. I do not understand how institutions (I will not say the specific name of any in particular), which had already forged projects, designed and a plan to implement cryptocurrencies in a macro-spectacular way, after a bad year, throw everything overboard and abandon the cryptocurrencies, ranting about them and selling all their holdings...
From ignorant people, unprepared and with little money, I would expect it, or at least, it wouldn't surprise me so much, but from institutions and even governments... Well, I don't know what to tell you...
Bitcoin is already at $16,700
So what? For those of us who have patience, money, and know what we are doing, we are fully aware that we must wait until 2023 to see a U-turn in the current trend of Bitcoin and the rest of the cryptos. I can say it louder but not clearer...
Because Bitcoin will change its trend, before a halving; since it always has been like this, is and always will be like this; and OH SURPRISE!! When is the next Bitcoin halving????? Well, in 2024, in May 2024 approximately. So 2023 will be a defining year for Bitcoin and for all of us who know that everything in the markets is temporary, especially in the crypto realm, and that Bitcoin is here to stay.
So I don't believe in FOMO, but I don't believe in FUD either
Because I analyze the market based on my knowledge, and not based on what individuals, with the most diverse personal interests and unknown to me, want me to think.
I don't give a blech what the president of which or such a country, or the most important and powerful financial institution in the world says... Because if they are against cryptocurrencies, I have absolutely nothing to listen to or learn from them.
The prophets of crypto disaster are many, and they are coming to try to convince us that the crypto apocalypse is already here. And don't believe them, because they just want to affect the markets in the only way they can; by harming and discrediting it, based on the current price levels of Bitcoin and other cryptos.
The prophets of disaster are wrong and time will prove it, you'll see.
