How greed cost me my Space ID mystery box and made me list my domain name for 50% less 😔

Greed is a terrible thing, I thought I had better control of it already because when am trading I try my best not to get emotional and I trade with my head, not my heart meaning I pay attention to the facts not my emotions before I make any trade decision and when am in profit I do not get too greed once price gets to my take profit or any significant point where I know can reverse the price of any coin am holding on futures trading am out, that is why I said I thought I had better control of my emotions especially greed but yesterday showed that I do not have full control over it yet when it comes to others things outside trading and I never knew this about myself but anyways lessons learned.

I missed out on the first arbitrum airdrop for season one so for season two I decided to try my luck so the task was to register a new arbitrum new using a referral link to claim a mystery box but greed got the better part of me because I bought one domain new earlier yesterday, so instead of using my friend's domain name referral link so we both get mystery boxes, I wanted both mystery boxes for myself so I used my own referral link to mint another domain which cost me $6.

In the end, I found out that my $6 was gone because I can not claim both mystery boxes because I used my own referral link and now am forced to sell one of them for a 50% loss. It is painful that I have to list one of my domain names for half the price after losing both mystery boxes out of greed, I'm pained but lessons learned next time I would get better control of my greed.
