Long term, the development team will have to grow

I don't agree with that long term, imo should be after the release of colonization, once the game is running he will need someone to keep an eye at night if the thing gets broken, and this can't be done by a moderator, he will need another dev soon. I can't imagine to have the game stopped for any issue and having to wait him to wake up.
