In recent time, diversification has been one of the means that most Investors use when investing in cryptocurrency which means to be spread your Investment across different cryptocurrency coins. It's safe to say that diversification is against Investing your money in one cryptocurrency. Like for example,you having $1,000 and investing all that in maybe #lunacoin without you thinking it's safe to spread this Investment across other coins like #bitcoin, #hive, #ethereum and a lot others. That's an online Investment,but can diversification also be used when investing in an offline investment, business investment to be precised?

Can diversification system be used in for small scale business?

Categorically yes, if diversification can be applied in cryptocurrency investment which is part of an online investment,it can also be applied in an offline investment. Let's take for instance someone who starts a small scale business and have the intention of selling food stuffs or someone who opens a spot shop to sell different brand of drinks. It's not safe to sell only one brand of soft drink or wine. If such person can venture into diversifying by selling different kind of brand of drinks that is the use of diversification system on it own for his small scale business as we all know that different people their choice and individual differences. So if diversification can be used in different online investment and it can also be used in any offline Investments too since diversification is the system of spreading your Investment across so many options either off or online business investment to curb total loss of investment. In conclusion,if an offline business Investment, investing only on a particular product can cause a lot of damages to the business such as:-

• Hold down your capital because it's not possible that everybody buys the same product so it's advisable to diversify.

• Slow down your sales also because even if same set of people are not buying or interested in your single product it may slow down your sales that's why diversification can also be applied to small scale business Investment too.
