Yes, I agree with you 100%. Time is a commodity of its own....it's something to value, perhaps more than money, because you can never get it back...

I am a very hard worker & work a lot of hours on the blockchain & my content (in addition to a new project as well), but I try very hard to balance that out with self care & keeping up the connections with people I care about (even my cat he he)...being single makes it easy to work a lot so I have to take special care to keep that balance in the forefront of my mind...

Time is something to be grateful for & starting our days with that perspective of having gratitude for what we DO have really makes a huge difference...
