I have seen many in my area and I can tell you they are not working. When was the last time you use one? I do not remember since the emergence cellphone in the mid 90s. I do know for sure I have use them in late 80s and I recalled you can press zero and chat to the operator for a couple minute. I do remember you only need one or two quarters to call and it was something to remember when the system tells you you need to add more quarter otherwise the call will drop. Time has passed by and here we are using cellphone for everyday phone call.

By the way do you still have a landline in your house? Unfortunately I do have one but it is not truly a landline , it is more of a #voip phone in case I need to fax or something. I guess I am still a little backward. Slowly the house phone disappeared and again cellphone took over. Many of you might remember Cingular, Att or Bellsouth depending where you live since I am in the East coast. Everything is changing and it is changing fast.

New York has removed the last payphone they had on the street paving the way for WIFI. Way before the pandemic New York has been pushing for WIFI for pay. At first I thought WIFI should be free. At least it was available then. Now they are pushing for free service for everyone. I know it will be slow for many if it is free.

Even this one just a few might remember using it for saving data, burning mp3, movies or else. I have to say I have not use a CD for a good five years. With the internet being so robust with cloud being the way to go, CD just slowly disappeared for the average user. I do not even want to go way back to cassette or 8 track. I personally do not know of 8 track. I have seen one and see how small cassette is.

As you can see everything is changing with technology. It is getting smaller or better with time. But it takes time for it to happen. It is not quick like a year or two. Some take 10 to 20. The internet is still reinventing itself every year. Early 2000 high speed internet was just commence for me. Before that it was dialup. DSL and now cable and very soon I will get fiber in my community. It is already out there from another telcos. It shows the internet is getting better and technology is improving at a faster pace.

It is clear the same will happen for the financial world. Lately many are using card for most transactions. For example if you go to WAWA or other fast food place, you have to place the order yourself. Slowly the convergence to sustainability with the time we have favors greatly crypto. Just like the internet, crypto needs pioneer to push the use case.

I preach about holding crypto like Hive. The reason is simple the more Hive you hold the more say you have with the blockchain and the upvote you can divulge. More it is an apprentice about saving and see how we can bring value together. The use case you see for crypto today can turn quick for the years to come. Unless you are part of the system you may not understand what move to make. It will be a lot easier if you are on the inside than if you are on the outside.

While you may not use CD or landline, some folks are still pushing it cause they are against change. Crypto is not merely changing a thing, it is giving everyone the ability to understand the financial market and see why is inflation through its real form. Crypto does not hide inflation like fiat currency does. The value you see today is the reality. If it rises it means the economy is considering everything is fine. If it drops like Terra/luna did, it means we are not there yet as a whole. Taking into account all surroundings issues, crypto is doing what it should do, educate us and prepare us for future growth.

The market will always behave the way it is since buyers and sellers have to make a move. Today many are using what they consider tangible units of purchase FIAT. Depending where you are it is precautious to see the real value crypto brings everyday. It will never be the same for everyone. One day it will eventually be the best way for everyone to move along. Hive is the perfect example since this is where I spent most of my time with crypto. it is not that volatile. You do not earn fast. Everything is going with the speed of time. Everything is moving with the collaboration of the community. You know where Hive you receive comes from. Slowly we are building a nest and growing. Keep on vesting in you.
