Normally I do not post too much. Not sure why, I guess I think that most other folks on Hive and Leo know more than me about the interesting twists of cryptoworld. But, my rabid readership (shown below) was getting so agitated by having to wait for my next update that for their health I felt compelled to write
"I am not Bernie Sanders."

Recently I described my experience pushing for and achieving Starbits Millionaire status in Rising Star. I know there are plenty of concerns about the tokenomics and changes to a couple of missions, but to my little eyes it is still the most straightforward and consistent game for making a little profit everyday without plonking out huge bucks for Gold Summoners etc. If you have other picks, please let me know :)

So, I {heart} Rising Star and was happy to complete my push to join the 1% of millionaire buskers. My first two goals once I got that status were to get the rehearsal space I needed for County Tour missions, and to save up my first 100,000 Starbits to get packs in the hopes that I can stack fans and skill (I have a little ego problem). Today is when both of those goals are checked off my list.

Without further ado, here is what I got from my 12 packs!

Resale value in Starbits (rare cards only) = 89792

So, what have we learned?

  1. Kim is a bit thirsty, right? Three Kims is a lot of Kims, even though I love Sonic Youth and bass-playing Kims in general
  2. Daz still has not shown up on the blockchain for me, so I am not sure what to think about that other than I hope he does! All the other rare cards did, so I hope it is just a workload issue for the site. I want my DAZ!! haha Hey #risingstar people, can you look for Daz for me? :)
  3. Nothing exciting about these pulls, I think. I would love to get something really cool someday, but it is always very much like this for me and packs. The resale value is not close to the purchase value on a single pack basis. Being able to get 2 free packs by buying in bulk helps, but at least in the current market, I expect to lose Starbits when I buy packs now.
  4. It was pretty much a total wash in terms of Fans and Skill. I still have my Ego problem.
  5. Instruments suck as pack pulls, but the consolation prize is that they were relevant to the skill earning from Music Lessons. With these fine microphones I now can earn a whole 5 more Skill points from Singing Lessons. In one billion years of running this mission, that will really pay off lol!

I want to do a giveaway to celebrate my 12 pack purchase, but I have no idea how to harness the power of the various RNGs smart folks use, so I have assigned the task to my readership (shown below) and should be able to launch one soon. "Hmmm, Chapter 1, how to use RNG sites"

Thanks for reading!!!
