Leofinance Engagement League : Why you should be part of it.

This post is inspired by a discussion that happened outside the Hive Chain (for ex. you can assume Discord room) where I was congratulated by one of friend for being in the list of Leo Finance Engagement post , even though I featured at 23rd number. Anyway this congratulation raised another question on mind of another friend that "What exactly I got ?" and What exactly the the user featuring in list of Leo Finance Engagement Leagues are getting for this. When we told that apart from hitting some "lucky positions" there are no such rewards ,not even for someone who tops the list then we got reply that "So, It is not worth the effort." . I do not know whether it is worth of someone effort or not but I definitely know "Why one should be part of Leo Finance Engagement program."

What can be benefits of be part Leo Finance Engagement League?

You might be thinking now that I already told above that there is no direct prizes for featuring in that list so what are the benefit but "direct prizes" constitute "tangible benefits" but there exist many "intangible benefits" that might outweigh these "tangible" benefits. Sometime I think missing "tangible" benefits is good as nobody is putting some "spam"/"unnecessary" post/comments to figure in that list. Anyways let me list out some "intangible" benefits.

1. Recognition in the community.

Featuring in the list give you a recognition. We all know lot of content is produced in Hive (for all other platform) so a user has lot of option to read so "why user will read and curate you?" . It is highly likely that if someone recognized that you featured in the list is more likely to check your content. Since you already commented enough , so also build your audience too.

2. Traffic still matters.

Number of user daily visiting the site and spending time in the site is still an important metrics for a site. Though I do not how exactly advertisement revenues get generated but I feel these stats plays a very crucial role in ad revenues. Currently ,I do not see any post from Leofinance team regarding ad revenue but your engagement do help in them earning ad revenues that were used to purchased LEO making Leo more valuable.

3. Leofinance(LEO) is an Umbrella.

I was watching a youtuber (that has no idea about web3.0 and decentralization ) but he remarked that those who think Content is King are wrong because in today world "Content is Kingdom" and he feel "User Generated" content will keep gaining more and more importance in coming days . I think "LeoFinance Kingdom" aptly fit in this definition then.

@khaleelkazi already said that his main plan to develop "Leofinance/LEO" as umbrella company and our more engagement will help this "Kingdom" to reach it's objective smoothly.

4. You are stake holder.

Since Leofinance is tokenized blogging platform so holding any amount of LEO makes you stakeholder of this platform. If platform grows then value of your stake also grow. In the end your engagement will help you and platform in long run.

5. 20% penalty in Leo rewards for using non native interface.

May be my list of intangible benefits is unable to impress you that here you see the direct tangible benefits. You will lose 20% of your "leo tolen" Author rewards in if you are not used the native Leo Interface to make that post or comment so why pay 20% tax when you can easily use the Leo interface.
