two exchanges is that they aren't listed yet on cmc last time

Not following Exchanges /ranking now but Mercatox used to be a nice Exchange. Do not know if it still offering IEO, then LEO can do IEO also for new project.

I truly appreciate your efforts and in for it, whatever you draft for final plan.
