Buying HiveEngine Tokens With LeoDEX

Been a while I talked about the Hive engine or invested in the Hiveengine tokens, its been a big roller coaster of experience lately regarding the crypto market, and the brain is constantly looking for ways to make more money. There is an opportunity in the crypto market, we just have to look for ways to milk it. Lots of Hivers dont know how to use the Hive engine ecosystem which I understand can be really confusing but the Hive ecosystem is a very big one that doesn’t come with a user manual that explains everything. I would have recommended the Hive’s FAQ but it doesn’t have all the answers, the best way to learn is by experience and by asking questions.

Here I will be showing just how you can buy some hive engine tokens using the leodex DEX to buy an airhawk token, a token owned by @airhawk-exchange. Buying these tokens is pretty easy, you have other Hiveengine DEX options to buy your Hive engine tokens from, most times I prefer the leodex option because its UI is quite easier for me to understand, other Hiveengine DEX options are Hiveengine and tribaldex

The first thing you need to do is get your swap.hive, its a hive ecosystem so the most used cryptocurrency should be hive, getting swap.hive is just wrapping native hive to hive engine hive and to do that you need to go to leodex and click on the Deposit option. Here, you are trying to deposit Hive from your Hive wallet to your Hiveengine wallet. After depositing, go to the Market section. You will see a search button, input the token you will like to buy, you can buy the Leo token or whatever ever token you want to buy, but in this incase I bought the airhawk token.

The Confusing Part In your regular market, whenever you want to buy or sell, all you need is place a buy when you want to buy or sell when you want to sell, but its different with the Hiveengine DEX wallet, you have to go to the market order and select a buy order when you want to sell the token and select a sell order when you want to buy the token. Because when you are buying the Hive engine token, you are selling your swap.hive, and when you are selling the Hiveengine token you are buying the swap.hive. So to buy the airhawk, click on the sell order, input the quantities and click on buy and you are good to go.
