Today I woke up looking back at my Leofinance journey and my writing streak, it hasn’t been easy keeping up with writing and being busy doing other things, I dont know how long I will continue with my consistent writing but I feel there is going to get to a point where I will have to retire, that is life. But for now, I have to keep up with my writing streaks. Besides I get my motivation from a lot of people on the blockchain most especially taskmaster.
One great thing I have achieved writing consistently in the Leofinance Community is the amount of information I have a gathered due to my research based on the fa t that I had to share on my blog. I feel like I know a lot at the same I know so little because the world of crypto is filled with a lot of unknown information that are created and are yet to be created. So the best way to stay up to date is to be consistent and keep learning. It comes with a lot of discipline to keep the writing streak going, there are days you dont feel like writing, but you obviously need to rest, and there are days you are so pumped filled with a lot of energy to write the whole world. But your desire to fulfil your goals and watch yourself work towards achieving it is greater than that feeling of procrastination telling you to take some days off.

I dont know of others, but one thing about me is that, when I decide to take a day off, I end up taking days off snd end up quitting. So in order to try not to end up like that, I do what is known as controlled writing, which means, on days I am supposed to have a day off, I reduce the amount of content I write, this way I have a day off and still accomplish my writing streak. When I newly joined Hive, I was really pumped up and excited about writing because this is something I wanted to explore to know what my writing skills is and explore what I can do it. I found myself writing about seven post a day, which was fun because, it was new and exciting at that time. But as time went by, it stopped being as exciting as the beginning but its a lifestyle now. I enjoy doing it, but writing about seven contents in a day right now will be extremely exhausting. So I learnt to reduce them to 6, from 6 to 5 , from 5 to 4. I tried to remain consistent on 4 but slowly found myself reduce them to 3 and late 2. I stayed consistent on2 .

At some point, I started feeling, but then, I have to learn to slow down a little and focus on other things outside Hive, no mater how much consistency I put into Hive, I still appreciate another person’s consistency more, because I kind of feel not everyone has that willl power to be self disciplined and consistent on a particular thing. But I guess when the passion is there, it makes everything easier, especially right now we are in a bear market, where the value of everything is down and a little bit discouraging.
