Honestly there are lots of if's and but's going on around this proposal. Most of the users are sort of seeing the other way around.

Yes DEC needs to get to pegged but this way probably its going to have a ripple effect (even after that I bought a million DEC today). But either once the proposal goes up the community shall decide what will eventually happen.
