Good tip although I personally don't really like utilizing it. Why? Because it takes a lot of time and effort, which can be used for other things that possibly make or save you more. Now don't get me wrong, if you absolutely need or want to save the money by all means go for it as I'm sure it does work. Gotta find what works for you right :-)

On second thought I do stick (mostly) to the list when going to the supermarket, I just don't plan it 100% or calculate the exact cost.
