As you presently explain, I would tell you that there are already projects that are working hard on it, for example the company LABS GROUP through which you can already invest in real estate from only 100 usdt, with the passage of time we will see how the panorama economic regarding housing will be reflected in each real estate in which they accept BTC and even create their own token to tokenize the value of these properties, as I always think/say it's just a matter of time ;)
