Binance is a powerful CEX (centralized exchange), but they don't allow Americans to use it. I prefer to try and execute as many transactions as I can on DEXes (decentralized exchanges). Cryptos like the RenVM token discussed here are part of the growing effort to make that an easy reality. We'll see together what the future holds, but someday CEXes may be "extinct" ...
