Netflix should buy TikTok
Netflix has zero experience in large acquisitions, with Netflix focusing on video production to build its business. Raw raw video TikTok is a completely different business from TikTok Netflix which relies on advertising and Netflix has no experience in advertising. There is no back-end synergy.
Netflix's cloud has no cloud computing arm that can safely store TikTok data. Tickets for information about misinformation and censorship will definitely bring headaches that Netflix has been able to mainly avoid.
