Philippine President Rodrigo Duterte may be vaccinated against the Russian measles virus, according to official official news. Russia's first vaccine for the spread of coronavirus or Covid-19 was announced two days after a two month clinical trial in Russia.
Three of the three most important clinical trials are considered, and any potential side effects need to be addressed. Thousands of participants may be involved in such trials, which are usually r irregular and those who do not vaccinate.
The Philippines crossed the border into Indonesia last week to report the highest number of coronavirus cases in Southeast Asia. As of Thursday afternoon there were 143,749 cases and 2,404 deaths in the country.
