Writing on paper or memorizing is a good option. But hackers are everywhere. I'm very careful with emails, but lately I've been seeing fake tokens coming to Metamask and they are aiming to steal passwords by logging into their platform. I also get a lot of fake messages on discord. Especially after posting on gaming channels. Unfortunately they are everywhere. Now I check a few times even when visiting platforms. Defrauding people and stealing their assets is very despicable.
